Siri shortcuts (available only on iOS version 12 or newer) allows you to 'Ask Siri' to perform certain actions in the app. There are currently four possible actions that can be done by Siri shortcuts, and you must program the phrasing that Siri will respond to. The four shortcuts are:
1) Add a Drive - if you miss your drive, or do not have a sensor on your driver, you can ask Siri to 'add a drive'. The first time you manually add a drive to a hole, the Siri shortcut will appear allowing you to set it up.
2) Set Flag - when on the green you can ask Siri to set the flag to your current location. The first time you manually edit a flag location, the Siri shortcut will appear allowing you to set it up. Tip: You must be on the green as this shortcut will add the pin to your current location.
3) Club Recommendation - you can ask Siri to provide a club recommendation from anywhere on the course. The first time you press 'Ask Caddie', the Siri shortcut will appear allowing you to set it up. Tip: This Siri shortcut will only work for those users who are on iOS version 12.1 or newer.
4) Add a Duff - if you duff a shot (e.g. hit two from the same spot in a bunker), the Arccos app will suppress one of those shots. You can ask Siri to Add the Duff back in as long as you are within 10 yards of the suppressed shot. The first time you manually add a shot in other than a drive, the Siri shortcut will appear allowing you to set it up. Tip: If you are 10 or more yards away from the missed shot it will not be able to add the missed shot in.
Keep in mind when setting up Siri shortcuts, you can use any verbiage you would like.
Currently there are no other actions other than these 4 that can be provided via Siri shortcuts.
